Dr. Xiao Peng is an Associate Professor of the research group Organizations in Digital Transition at the Applied University of Utrecht.
Dr. Xiao Peng did her PhD in Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, the Netherlands where she investigated multiple organizational aspects with the tools of managerial economics. She masters economics modelling, statistical data analysis and data science techniques for business and management. Her recent research interest lies in social innovation & sustainability, where she aims to find smart human centered solutions, and help making optimized decisions, by using data-driven evidence with a collective and integrated approach, in the context of digitalization and sustainability. Her research areasinclude managerial economics, statistics, and data science.
