In order to promote the internationalization of talents training, broaden students’ international vision and improve students' oral English (focus on IELTS oral test and daily oral English), Sun Yueqi Honors College decided to set up an oral English training course in this semester. Now we want to employ part-time oral English teachers. And the requirements are as follows:
The number of appointments:
2 teachers.
Basic requirements
(1) Applicants must be foreign English teachers in CUMT；
More than 2-year relevant practical teaching experience, IELTS teaching experience is preferred;
(3) Good at mobilizing the enthusiasm of students and creating a vibrant classroom environment;
(4) High sense of responsibility and professionalism;
(5) Ensure the teaching quality and the amount of class hours;
(6) Mentally and physically healthy.
3. Class arrangement & Time Table
(1) There will be four classes of students. Each teacher will be in charge of two classes.
(2) Class size: Around 30 students
(3) Course structure: 50 minutes per lesson, 2 lessons each time, totally 4 lessons per teacher per week (two times a week); 48 lessons per teacher this semester in total (From week 7 to 18).

4. Curriculum requirements
(1) Teaching content and requirements: the content should be related to IELTS oral English test, and text book will be decided upon discussion.
(2) Teachers are required to submit a teaching plan one week before the course starts and a teaching summary one week later after the course finishes.
(3) Final presentation: teachers ought to submit a summary of the course, and lead students to give presentations. The college will ask a third-party (English language training institution) to test students' oral English ability before and after the course.
(4) Teaching effect evaluation: Combining third-party test results with students’ satisfaction, we will evaluate teaching effect comprehensively with grade ---- Excellent, Qualified or Unqualified, which will lead to different allowance.
5. Payment/Allowance
The college will give out the salary within one month after the end of the course. The basic allowance is 150 yuan / lesson. And then we will adjust the final payment with the teaching effect.
